**The Isle of Isolation**
* * * Revelation and relaxation... * * *
| Went to work and there was not much to be done there, practically slagged the whole day!! Went to send a few purchased furniture with the drivers and also went Hilton Hotel to collect one normal long fridge and one ULTRA BIG fridge! Its abt 5 times the size of me or biger lor! After atat went back to the factory and slagged ard cause nth to do. While slagging, out of boredom i started noticing the way my colleagues were conversing wif each otherand i've noted dwn some VERY interesting things! Message they will pronounce as messe, bus as butt, office as opit, table as lable, box as bog, River Valley as Deepavali, don't as loan. Its not tat im mockin them or wat, but then after really concentrating on wat they're sayin, i actually burst out laughing..and they were wondering wth im laughing abt.... Met Gene, Mandy, Huishan and went Eski Bar at Boat Quay, considered 0 degrees bar but then its really not very very cold. Though its quite a change frm the normal pub, the music's not very gd as it is techno all the way! somemore though im a smoker the pub shouldnt allow smokin in the pub cause really very smoky there! There were quite abit of ang mohs there the ppl there were quite allrite. Drank a few glasses of Bourbon there and we shifted to a hall-type karaoke pub a few blocks dwn, we were reversing to a parkin lot when the car behind horned, i mean we were not very close lor! then the fella came beside us and point here point there and went away, Gene went like,"WTF! Wats his prob man!" I felt quite pissed too cause i mean if u are not comin to the place to find trouble y point here point there all tat stuff, makes one boil up u noe... Went to the pub after tellin Gene to cool dwn and we had wine(red) and played pool and sang song there, didnt like the red though, actually prefered white or champange. We sang like til 2plus then went hm. bathed and wanted to maple for a while, but then KOed in front of the screen!! |
